Investigation into current, former Bishop city officials concluded

An outside investigation into allegations of unethical behavior and misconduct by former Bishop Police Chief Chris Carter, City Councilman Joe Pecsi and City Administrator Jim Tatum has been concluded according to a press release issued Wednesday afternoon.

Bishop City Attorney Ryan J. Jones issued the release in which he stated that a Final Report of 623 pages had been delivered to him Feb. 23 from Norman A. Traub Associates, the firm contracted to conduct the investigation in which 17 allegations of misconduct and 13 allegations of mismanagent had been analyzed.
